Globalization and How it Affects Us

Hello!
I spent a few days working on this blog post underneath, hope you people enjoy it!

Did you know that globalization affects us every day?  I believe most of the changes that globalization has caused us are positive. One example is pricing of goods. With globalization, pricing of goods can be lower. Many goods come from China, and in China many goods can be produced at a very little price. However, many jobs from our country go to countries like India where labor costs are cheap and environmental rules are not strictly enforced. Globalization affects  and me positively because of pricing of goods, new information technology (IT), and better quality of life.
Globalization is the unification of the world’s economy. It brings the world together, and it can bring world peace. Many countries import goods to one another in return of goods that import to them. This is one main reason why in stores we have strawberries when it's winter. This is because not in all countries it is winter, and so they can import out-of-season foods to countries that are in winter. However, this saps jobs from first-world countries to developing and third-world countries. Globalization drives consumer prices down, and it saves us more money and allows us to buy things year round.
Globalization also foresees a huge change in information technology (IT). This affects me because I can talk with people all over the world. Internet is a big help to globalization because I can post things on the Internet and people globally who have Internet can see it. Relating to the world, new IT can create new jobs. I can also order things on the Internet, specifically ones made in Asia because they are cheaper. I can find out what is happening in different countries without having to go there. In general, the Internet is a big thing of my life that affects me in a positive way.
Globalization is all about the world. Therefore, this includes widespread availability of global goods, services, and ideas positively impact lives of citizens. Examples of these can include more opportunities for international travel tourism; more chances to work abroad due to liberal immigrant laws and foreign worker programs, and especially worldwide entertainment- these include music, sports, fads, and pop culture. I also can buy things from other countries, as previously mentioned. With the new innovation of technology and the widespread distribution of foreign goods, globalization helps me live better.

In conclusion, globalization affects us positively because of pricing of goods, new information technology (IT), and better quality of life. Globalization is important to everyone because the world is one place, and it would be hard for countries to just ignore each other and mind their own business. Globalization brings benefits to people of the world.  At the same time, it unifies the world's economy and promotes interchange of world views, products, ideas, and other aspects of culture.
